Friday Night Baking

Yeah how exciting huh? Baking by myself on a Friday night, ha! So I had about 5 banana’s that were about to spoil and I couldn’t eat all that in one day. So I started browsing the Internet to do something about it … Banana Bread!

I had all the ingredients at home except for brown sugar (who knew there were so many different types of them?). I got home early yesterday and just relaxed since my sister went down to San Diego with her friends. Which meant the house all to myself, which has its pluses and minuses.
