Shopping At Ikea != Checking Guy’s Out

I was really bored today and it was sunny and warm that I thought it be a waste to sit at home like a log. So I picked my lazy ass off the couch and took it to IKEA. Ever since Christmas, my sock drawer has exploded, I literally have to push my drawer hard to close it. Not having counted the amount of socks I own, it would probably come close to about 25 pairs, so almost a month worth, ha!

So I thought it be a great idea to buy these little boxes for my dresser. I’m an organization freak, what can I say?

As I drove near IKEA I saw a large, “Sale” sign and smiled. The weirdest part was shopping by myself, it was just awkward to do. It felt like going into a busy restaurant and eating at a table by myself, with other people staring and chuckling why some loser would eat alone.

Don’t even say that you guy’s don’t notice when you’re out and see someone just eating by themselves. It may not be obvious, but people notice ….. well to a point though. (more…)

Quotes Of The Day

- "In the end, every relationship needs maintenance …Whether it’s the smallest gesture …or just picking up back where you left off. The bottom line is that if you care about someone, it’s pretty easy to make the sacrifice."

- J.D. (From Scrubs)
