Yes I Am Still Alive

I’m still here, I’ll be back posting soon … promise. Found an article explaining how teens use IM to have awkward conversations with one another (e.g. breaking up, asking someone out on a date, etc.). It’s humorous to me because I do this with my own friends ….. well for the most part. *smiles*.

I think it’s human nature; it’s easier for us to say something to one another when we’re not face to face with them. No real feeling of awkwardness afterwards, or random silent moments, I can just sign-off and be done with it. I’m not there to face the consequences of what I just said to them.

Whether I feel rejected because I told them, “I like you” or feel a little sad because they said, “I’m sorry I’m busy” when I asked them to have dinner. Reflecting back onto you guy’s, I wonder how many of you who are reading this post do the same exact thing. Having it easier to say something to a friend / spouse/ girlfriend or boyfriend through IM. Speaking of IM’ing …..

My crushed IM’ed me this morning. He’s still in Macau, we talked a little bit and he went to sleep because it was around midnight over there. Add 3 hours and flip the day … well that’s how I calculate the hours over there. Kind of miss him … just having him around and talking to him randomly sometimes.

Either my mind is playing tricks on me or I’m being paranoid because my jaw feels weird. Gosh … I’m not feeling well these day’s.
